Exchange & Return Policy

At Nexura, we value your satisfaction greatly! For hygienic and sanitary reasons, we are unable to provide refunds or returns; however, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Before placing a purchase, please carefully read our policy.

❌ No Returns / Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

  • Exchanges are only possible if there is a genuine issue with the product.

✅ Warranty & Exchange

  • All products now come with a 30-day warranty.

  • If your jewelry breaks, discolors, or arrives defective within this period, we’ll happily replace it.

  • After 30 days, we will not be able to assist.

🛡️ Our Promise

  • We share 9–10 original photos of each product on our website and Instagram reels, so you can shop with confidence.

  • However, in the rare case you receive a defective, broken, tarnished, or missing item, we’ll make it right.

🔄 How to Request a Replacement

If you face any issues with your order, please email us at shopatnexura@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Your Order Number (in the subject line)

  2. A short description of the problem

  3. Clear photos showing the issue

📌 Important Notes

  • This policy only covers products that are defective, broken, tarnished due to manufacturing defects, or if an item is missing from your order.

  • The replacement will be the same product you originally ordered. If it’s out of stock, we’ll offer you another design of equal value.

  • We cannot replace or exchange items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear.
