At Nexura, we value your satisfaction greatly! For hygienic and sanitary reasons, we are unable to provide refunds or returns; however, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Before placing a purchase, please carefully read our policy.
No Returns / Refunds
All sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Exchanges are only possible if there is a genuine issue with the product.
Warranty & Exchange
All products now come with a 30-day warranty.
If your jewelry breaks, discolors, or arrives defective within this period, we’ll happily replace it.
After 30 days, we will not be able to assist.
Our Promise
We share 9–10 original photos of each product on our website and Instagram reels, so you can shop with confidence.
However, in the rare case you receive a defective, broken, tarnished, or missing item, we’ll make it right.
How to Request a Replacement

Your Order Number (in the subject line)
A short description of the problem
Clear photos showing the issue
Important Notes
This policy only covers products that are defective, broken, tarnished due to manufacturing defects, or if an item is missing from your order.
The replacement will be the same product you originally ordered. If it’s out of stock, we’ll offer you another design of equal value.
We cannot replace or exchange items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear.
