Warranty & Exchange

All products now come with a 30-day warranty.

If your jewelry breaks, discolors, or arrives defective within this period, we’ll happily replace it.

After 30 days, we will not be able to assist.

We share 9–10 original photos of each product on our website and Instagram reels, so you can shop with confidence.

However, in the rare case you receive a defective, broken, tarnished, or missing item, we’ll make it right.

This policy only covers products that are defective, broken, tarnished due to manufacturing defects, or if an item is missing from your order.

The replacement will be the same product you originally ordered. If it’s out of stock, we’ll offer you another design of equal value.
